Even though we have the best intentions, we lose sight of our own health and happiness. We simply live with weight gain, digestive issues, lack of energy, headaches, and chronic conditions because we don’t have the time or the right tools to make changes. We are eating on the go and tolerating schedules that don’t allow us to have much fun. We know we could treat ourselves better. But, feeling and looking great take a back seat to the endless daily list of “to dos.”
