It is a combination of Pilates-based exercises performed on professional reformer machines with towers, strength training principles, and other movement techniques set to fun music.
These Pilates fitness style classes consist of up to 8 people and last 50 minutes. With an emphasis on strengthening the core, our programs are designed to increase upper and lower body strength and flexibility. You will get a workout like you've never experienced before!
Lastly, our programs change every 4-6 weeks. We incorporate reformers with towers, kettle bells, mini trampolines, TRX Suspension systems, jump boards, resistance cords, weighted hula hoops, medicine balls, and other fitness tools to add variety and challenge.
